Lovely enclosed park with forest trails and open fields for walking. Small car park but lots of sign posts for the trails. Ideal for dog walks as nice and cool on hot days.

Beautiful place, nice and quiet. Perfect to take your doggo for a walk! Free car park, plenty of different trails. This time of year though, make sure to wear the right shoes! It's a bit muddy.

Perfect for woodland walks. Although popular with joggers and dog-walkers, the numerous earthen paths and relatively open woods mean that it stays quiet and feels magical. Recently, enterprising forest managers have created several Beatrix Potter-themed log houses from pieces of felled timber, which make a walk with children into a treasure hunt through the trees. Highly recommended for an hour or two of romping through the woods!
