Have not visited here for many years, before NT took over. What a great set up, good parking lots, great toilet and cafe facilities and good signage on the walks. Amazing views over the docks, out to sea and remains from the military use in WW2 . £6 to park all day, cafe was clean and good service from young polite staff. Food and drink was good, shop on site too. Inside and outside seating. A must visit if your nearby, some coastal paths are narrow and uneven if you have young children, keep them under control.

I thoroughly enjoyed my hike from the Visitor Centre to the lighthouse! The National Trust is doing a fantastic job protecting these magnificent natural wonders. The cliffs are absolutely breathtaking—beautifully handcrafted nature that invites you to marvel at its beauty (and even have a deep reflective chat with the Creator!). None of my tour group members attempted the hike, thinking the 2-hour timeframe offered by our coach was too risky. I foolishly thought I could pull it off! 🤣 Warning to visitors: your cellphone network will likely switch to the French timezone (an hour ahead), so keep an eye on the actual time.Because I stopped to take so many pictures and videos, I reached the lighthouse with only 45 minutes left. Google Maps showed a standard return was nearly impossible. Desperate, I checked the cafe and spoke with a lovely lady on the staff. She was incredibly friendly and shared a road shortcut. By using that and cutting through nearby fields, I made it back to the Visitor Centre with enough time to wash my face and walk to the coach. Shout-out to her for helping me! Highly recommend this hike!

A truly breathtaking place and one of the most beautiful coastal walks in England. The White Cliffs of Dover offer stunning views across the English Channel, with well-maintained walking paths and plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy the scenery. It's peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for a family day out or a solo walk. The National Trust has done an excellent job maintaining the site, and the visitor facilities, café, and staff were all great. I'd recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and checking the weather before you visit, as the views are at their best on a clear day. A must-visit destination if you're in Kent—I would definitely come back again.

We explored National Trust’s White Cliffs of Dover and had some beautiful views! Parking costs £6 and is valid until the car park closes at 7pm, which isn’t too bad. The path is easy to follow and leads you to the famous view points of the cliffs. They also have a Café & Shop at the entrance which is good. I would definitely recommend visiting this place, it will have fantastic views!

We had an absolutely amazing experience visiting the White Cliffs of Dover! The views are simply breathtaking – the dramatic white cliffs against the blue sea are something you must see at least once in your life. The walking trails are well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying nature and fresh coastal air. It’s a fantastic place to relax, take photos, and spend quality time with family or friends. The scenery feels truly iconic and uniquely British. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone visiting the UK. We will definitely be coming back again! 🌊✨ Have a boot wash area
