Awesome day out everyone was friendly and welcoming and awesome cozy atmosphere. Hannah was especially patient and determined to fix an issue with call of duty not loading on my and my friends pc, as well as being so friendly and helping out with his phone would 100% be going back awesome place!!

Had a great time, me and my friend walked and only came in to see what it was, we ended up playing in the sims and pc’s for an hour. The staff welcomed us in and showed us round, ended up getting duo room. Great fun ( Shout out to to Hannah )

Two of the pc-setups we had booked had safe-launch disabled which made them unable to play valorant. When we switched setups one of the new ones also had it disabled. We spent almost 30 minutes trying to get working setups for everyone and because of this we missed the time for a tournament. The employee who we asked for help with this was also very rude when helping. This is not good service. We will not be visiting again and we won't be recommending this place to anyone.

New Meta Gaming Arena has to be one of the greatest places that a human being could have the honour to witness. When I entered the venue, I was warmly welcomed by the kind staff and helped with any technical difficulties we had on the way. My two children Iyman Lloyd Jack Abdisahmed ibn Waled William Whitecrest, and Baptiste Whitecrest VIII were pleasantly surprised by the brobdingnagian catalog of games, and we had an exhilarating time playing Valorant and Poker online, as well as the racing simuluators. The staff were really considerate when my little boy Iyman Lloyd Jack Abdisahmed ibn Waled William Whitecrest couldn't find Google, and they solved the situation without a second to spare. Thank you to the soldiers of New Meta Gaming for making me and my children's lives a lot easier than it would've been without them.

Absolutely lovely time with my kids when I came here. Showed my kids how to whip it on there absolutely wonderful racing sims, my kids loved it. The staff, especially that Tom fellow, were so nice, and i will be bringing my extended family here next time.
