Probably the worst trampoline park I've visited!! Me and my family were in Newquay on holiday and taken our 5 year old here on a rainy day. We paid around £50 with the cost of the socks for an hour on the trampoline. Upon arrival it taken ages to get seen to because they were busy and understaffed which is understandable, but it did eat into the hour. When we went though to the trampoline area the amount of children compared to the available trampolines were ridiculous!! Barely any room to bounce and my 5 year old instantly got scared with all the big kids jumping around. When I have visited other trampoline parks they limit the amount of children to the area they've got to allow room for everyone to jump. The safety briefing before was a joke, it's mandatory but it's unstaffed so nobody was watching it.The soft play area which is literally next to it caught her eye but was told my a member of staff you have to book this desperate we then asked if we could swap our booking to the soft play area and had a response of " I've got an important phone call to make" and just bolted off. Us and a few other parents just taken our children into the soft play as it was unmanned anyway. Don't get me started on the cleanliness it was disgusting . Would not return again

Good play area which was clean and in good condition. Went on a term-time weekday so not too busy. Food & drink reasonably priced. Ladies toilets clean but need some maintenance.

Lovely venue. Clean and tidy. Kids loved the trampolining area. Staff friendly and approachable. Booked a self-catering trampolining party 🥳

tried to book for trampolines but told as it’s quiet they shut it early that was a disappointment, so only soft play Available, the glow up room was broken which was a shame, same as the ball sucker where you can suck the ball pool balls up and press the button and they release back into the pool which was also broken, the tiny balls that float with air didn’t reach a good height due to a lot of dirt/dust covering the filter. Overall wouldn’t recommend. Or unless you like to go down a slide constantly. The staff also looked very happy to be there, a lot of staring at the floor.

Some people might like it but its not for us. It was absolutely packed today (school holidays and bad weather) but it was so busy that you had to wait a while to try alot of things in the trampoline area. The staff were very nice and helpful, obviously doing there best but being so busy it was also rather unclean around the bins and toilets. I personally wouldn't visit or recommend. Might be better in term time.
