I recently held a birthday party for my son, and our experience was great—we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were lovely, and everyone was fantastic. The food was very good, especially the pizza, which was freshly baked and not frozen. The friendly staff took great care of us and did an excellent job.

It's quite hard as there's a lot of monkey bar type challenges so you have to be strong and tall for those! There's a large inflatable course which is pretty good. Extremely hot in there! There's a small cafe and plenty of seating. Free lockers.

Booked a party of 10 children. Arrived 15 mins before booking time (2pm). Didn’t get the bands and the children ready to get in until 2.15! One of the children from my booking got punched by another angry child and no one spotted this child as being the altercation initiator! The child from my party got told off for defending himself and got upset by the way the supervisor spoke to him. Please ensure your staff is better trained to deal with these situations!! Absolutely unacceptable. Really disappointing. Other negatives included: The tables were very dirty, no cleaners around. Feels like profits are being prioritised over safety, port staff training, cleanliness.. feel like a total let down for £170 spend!

Great place for the kids & Adults Staff are awesome & great with the kids Special shout out to Alfie ( Give them all a pay rise) They really do go above & Beyond . But How stingy can a company get at first i thought there were triplets working here but No It was 1 staff member manning the front desk , food counter , making the food out in the kitchen & doing drinks plus serving them to the tables , and then only 1 staff member manning all the activities. 1 member of staff was on break but 3 staff to man such a large & energetic place is such poor Management . I must say The Staff member was very competent at his Job but it’s still too much for 1 person , had there been an accident of some sort I don’t know what would have happened? So defo more ataff needed at Swansea

I have brought my son here many of times, had his birthday party here and spent an absolute fortune but was really disappointed today apon visiting when him and his Dad were asked to go andd purchase branded non slip socks (they both had non slip socks on from another activity centre instead of their ninja warrior ones they'd left at home). We purchased them again but spent 20 minutes doing so. I would completely understand if this was safety related but it's absolutely not, it's just another way to make money, rather than customer care. Other activity sites just as fun and do not operate this was.
