we went stoke ninja warrior today and had a fantastic time. with it being our first time we had loads of questions. We went up to the food court and asked a member of staff, this was gracy she answered all of our questions and took us round the party rooms as our sons birthday is coming up. she was amazing with us. nothing was a bother and she told us things we didnt think to ask. really great customer service

I purchased the after school slot for my daughters birthday. We had to wait almost 10 minutes before the only person at the check in was done with the family in front. After watching the instructive video I put all our belongings in the lockers. I went to sit upstairs and got drinks, which were reasonably priced. My kids were having fun. After some time they came up and said they needed their shoes for part of the course. We went to get them but the lockers wouldn't open. I tried to find a member of staff and eventually got one. He didn't know how to open them. I got 2 out of the 4 we used open, then another member of staff came and she did the other 2. All in about 20 mins of our time had been waste because of staff. When they supposedly called our colour wristband for our time you couldn't make out what was said so the kids carried on. A staff member came up to tell me our time was up as my little boy had been trying to play and she had noticed his band. Although the kids liked it, I was expecting more and staff could have acted sooner for us to enjoy the whole time we paid for

I came here with my son, who was invited to a party here. I was surprised by the size of the space, which I initially thought was small, then realised it reached all around the corner too! There were plenty of party rooms, so a great option for an active party. My son really enjoyed his visit, so much so we recommended it to friends and we all came back and we all used the facilities. There is a huge inflatable area (no shoes) that was a real hit with the younger children, and plenty to keep them active. There is also an assault course style area, for use with shoes, that I hadn't noticed on the first visit (when I was just a spectator). This area was a lot of fun and more popular with older children/teens, and personally I loved this part the best, but the children preferred the inflatable area. There is an area downstairs, where you have your safety chat, with cube shelving for storage, as well as free lockers too, which is brilliant when you are coming as a family and all intend to use the facilities: it meant I could keep my bag and keys locked up safe whilst enjoying myself! Upstairs is a really large, well maintained sitting area, with lots of large tables, and cafe facilities. We didn't eat here but we enjoyed drinks and a couple of snacks. I highly recommend this place, it's clean and well maintained and it's great for those wanting to wear out children, or for those families were even the adults want to be active! And yes, we all beat the wall 💪 😂

Nice experience. Big, safe and fun. Hour was enough and hardly done for us. We were on Thursday on first session so we were alone there- helpful. Page states that 75 people can go in one session- no way, would kill each other as it lot of jumping with hardly possibility to know direction of fall. Kids were trilled

Fantastic fun. The obstacle course itself is good, but maybe a little limited in the choice of obstacles. However, the inflatable area definitely makes up for it, with lots to do. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The cafe has a good selection of food, which was tasty and reasonably priced.
