PHENOMENAL experience! Had my 8 year old son Charlie’s birthday party here and the team were incredible. Izzy was our coordinator and she was helpful from arrival right through to completion. Kids loved it, adults had zero stress. Will 100% be returning!

Dear Ninja Warrior Watford Team, I hope you are all well. I wanted to take a moment to share some heartfelt appreciation for Henry, who supported our child’s party on 29th March this year. Henry was exceptional from start to finish. He struck the perfect balance between fun and discipline, keeping the children fully engaged while ensuring everything ran smoothly and safely. His calm confidence put all the parents at ease, and his ability to manage a lively group with such positivity and control was genuinely impressive. It’s rare (in fact very rare) to come across someone who can connect so naturally with kids while maintaining such professionalism. Henry absolutely made the experience for all of us, and we are incredibly grateful for the energy and care he brought to the day. Group parties are a stressful time for the organiser parents and Henry just got that - from the moment he spoke to us we were reassured. It is unusual to meet someone so good with children who is not in a teaching capacity. Please do pass on our thanks and recognition to him — he truly deserves it.

Had my son’s birthday party here. Was impressed with the cleanliness and activity course. We had a fantastic host Henry, who interacted so well with the kids he made it so much fun for them. Great service will definitely return will recommend to others. Thank you so much.

We just celebrated my son’s 11th birthday there. The place is nice , the kids had fun, but the staff not so friendly, the reception’s field seemed rushed, and the host of the party didn’t take care of anything. They brought the trolley with pizza and left it at the entrance of the room without saying anything; I had to manage everything on my own. The water, cups, asking for ice cream, cleaning off the tables. From this perspective, I do not recommend it.

We visited on Sunday 11th January 2026. Great location and setup. The manager was on reception, booking us in, I was surprised that she lacked people skills. She was very robotic, could have been friendlier or even smiled. We watched as she was like this with all customers. It was a shame, as she was the first interaction for what is supposed to be a fun day. Requires training. All the other team members were lovely!
