I’ve been here a couple of times and even as an adult it’s a pleasant place to go. The staff are very accommodating also. I had some issues getting there with traffic and was going to be late so called and asked to change my time, which I didn’t think I would be able to do as some places do not allow you to do so. I ended up having to change my slot twice in one day but the staff were absolutely fine with it and changed it for me immediately. Very impressed !!

First time here today for the ninja toddler session and we had the BEST time! It’s so spacious and so much fun! The staff were all amazing and so friendly. It’s rare to find a place where the staff genuinely enjoy their job and care for their customers. Thank you so much for an amazing morning everyone and we will be back soon!

Visiting Ninja Warrior was a lot of fun - definitely a workout and a challenge! Unfortunately I’ve ended up with a suspected torn ACL as a result of the slanted quad steps 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I understand you go at your own risk so just look after your knees! 🤣

Clean. Fun. Well maintained. Loads of activities for small and big. Very good prices, and overall value for money. Pre booking is easy. Safety is first with child waiver, non slip socks, gloves etc all available for purchase upon booking or at reception desk when coming in. 60min £15, gloves £4, socks £4-5, etc. The best bit...extend another hours for £5 only! 🤩Kids love this place. We go for a play date, and last year we had a birthday party 🥳 also super fun. Staff are kind, professional, and once we had a little bum and got ice pack and first aider care 🫴 Vending machines, VR, grabbers, a food bar with coffee tea soft drinks water snacks and sandwiches all at a reasonable price 👍you can bring your own food and drinks also a bonus💯 Loos are 🫧 clean. Great Fun really! 🤩

We came here as two adults. Lovely Hayley was very informative and helpful. Considering her amazing attitude towards customers, her work ethic is outstanding. I hope this is rewarded
