Took our kids (5 & 7) and they had a fantastic time! They were able to navigate the course and play independently, which was great. There’s plenty of seating on both the ground and upper floors, and the café serves a good range of hot and cold food, drinks, slushies, and coffee. The 1-hour play slot was just the right length. Overall, a really fun and well-organised place — we’ll definitely visit again!

Took my ten year old daughter on Sunday and we both had a great time, friendly staff, whole place is clean and cafe is great! Will be coming back soon.

Had a great 7th birthday party for my daughter! It’s a favourite of ours to visit anyway, but the party organisation was brilliant! Harriet was our host and really helpful during the whole party getting everything sorted for us. The headbands were an extra winner for all the kids. Great party experience!!

We had a really good experience for my party for my daughters 10th Birthday party. It was really quick and easy to book online. The staff were attentive and friendly as soon as we stepped inside the venue and everyone had a great time! An unexpected bonus was that the pizzas for the kids party food were amazing and much better quality and volume than other party venues we have been to. The staff also were constantly topping up drinks and everything was ready on time. There was always someone around to assist and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you NW Guildford!

Such an amazing place, my kids had great fun, I was surprised to see lots of adults and teenagers having fun there too. It is a very good place and I am so happy to find out about it. Thank you.
