Visited this zoo in May 2026. It was a mixed experience, this is due to the animal welfare conditions. It seemed some enclosures were very well looked after, and the animals seemed happy, and others were so small and the animals seemed to have a lot of fur missing. We did ask a member of staff about this and they said it was due to them fighting, but this was across a few different pens so seems a bit strange that this would be the reason for several? The birds of prey were in very small enclosures for birds that can travel hundred miles at a time. I probably wouldn't go back for this reason, I felt quite sad looking at some of the animals. On the other hand, other animals seemed to have plenty of space, the staff were friendly, food and drinks we nice and other guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. I understand this is charity funded, I think they need more funding to provided more suitable enclosures for all their animals.

A great place to take the children (and adults).There is a food hall, the menu offered hot and cold food and kids meal deals, we took a packed lunch so didn't sample the food. There was plenty of picnic areas, some covered, throughout the zoo farm. The animals looked well looked after, with the larger animals having paddocks/fields. Plenty to see. A fantastic soft play for under 5's and an amazing play area for over 5's and older kids, even the adults had fun playing. Before the end of the day we made sure we did the Maze which was great fun 😁. Will definitely be visiting Noah's Ark Zoo Farm again.

Came here during the school holidays. Lots of different species of animals and wildlife to see, with interesting facts about each one. The soft play centre was definitely a big hit for the younger one. She even made a new friend! Was great to see everyone playing together and having a good time. The Cafe, farm shop and gift shop were on the slightly expensive side, but all goes to charity towards the animals, so can't complain about that! Plenty of parking spaces, and disabled spots - closer to the entrance. Overall great experience.

Great day out. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean, plenty to do, great indoor play area, animals had clean, spacious enclosures. Highlight for us was being able to get up close to the animals, especially the giraffes elephants and rhinos. We really enjoyed seeing the bird of prey display ending our day inside watching the elephants up close. Me my partner and our boys loved it aged 8 and 20 months. The staff showed pride and care in their work. The best zoo we have ever been too.

Surpassed my expectations. Great variety of species and got a fantastic view of all the animals. We went as a couple and were worried it'd be mainly for children (and overrun by them) but we had a fantastic time. Despite going on a sunny weekend day, the layout of the park is good for having children hotspots, allowing us some peaceful times without children everywhere. Don't be put off by the 'farm' element in the name like we initially were, because while there are farm animals, there are also loads of wild species. Animals are very well taken care of and the whole park was clean. Nice animal interaction points too. Overall, I wish I had come sooner and will be returning again!
