This is a lovely place with nice walks. The staff are extremely organised,helpful and friendly. Went on the 2hr nature boat trip which was enjoyable, informative and good value. Thanks again to the guide Mark

Great place to walk, spot a lot of different birds. Me and my wife did a guided walk and saw 45 different bird species, including a hobbie, the resident cranes, multiple lapwings (my favourite) and many more. Lovely visitors centre with a great selection of things, staff all great. Cannot think of a single negative.

My wife & I visited and and enjoyed the experience. The shop offered a lovely coffee and cake. We visited all the hides and even walked out onto the beach.

Had a wonderful experience at Hickling Broad recently. It’s a wonderful place with plenty of parking and lots of places to walk. Take a look at the list of what birds have been sighted when you get inside the visitor centre. I went on an organised winter boat tour (you’ll need to book in advance). It was a great way to see more of the broad and spot some beautiful birds along the way. But wrap up warm in winter, it was very cold. During that trip, we spotted marsh harriers, a red kite, herons, cormorants, pink-footed geese, grebes, and many others.

What a fantastic places Hickling is, amazing staff and maybe one of the best shops I've ever seen for any Wildlife Trust place I've visited. Could of gone home with loads of books. Volunteer Bruce was very nice and showed us what he had gotten in his Moth Traps the night before as well. Fab shirt Bruce!!
