Joined today and it is excellent. £30 per month, staff were brilliant and the gym and changing rooms are immaculate. Free parking at 3 car parks for unlimited time. Swimming included.

The soft play was really good, very good price. I went alone with my 19 mo son, ordered food which was a struggle trying to keep him with me whilst ordering took so long. We got a buzzer that activated when food was ready. I had to either leave my child in highchair and collect the food or juggle a tray and my child as there is no table service which was very inconvenient. Order was incorrect so I had to go up again which was another struggle whilst again juggling my son alone. Then I had to collect the food again once order was correct. Food was lovely but I think parents would benefit massively from ordering via phone app like other places and table service.

Me and my wife had a cup of tea at the Nova centre during a visit to Prestatyn from Llandudno. It was brought to our table extremely quickly and was piping hot. I’d go as far as to say it was one of the best cups of tea we’ve tasted. We’re stopping in Prestatyn for the week over Easter and will be having a breakfast at the Nova centre, so I’ll review the food then.

My toddler, really enjoys the soft play they have here, it's really big, has plenty of slides and gas a separate area for smaller children. But since they increased the price it's definitely becoming more of a treat for just special occasions. In future I would like to see the prices for soft play and food lowered and/or do a combo deal, something like £8.50 for 2 hours of soft play or £8.50 for an hour of soft play and 25% off a kids meal, because an hour of soft play is more than enough time for kids especially if they get food at the end :-)

We visited Nova for the soft play, which was fantastic. It was massive with plenty of room to play for hours, also if you decide to go on a Tuesday it’s half price (£1.95). They have a cafe which serves coast coffee and a wide range of food! The building has a swimming pool and gym also included. The whole building was spotless and really modern. Would definitely visit again.
