Small for a nature reserve but lovely. I need to go more often as it is close. Like a miniature Hermitage of Braid in my native Edinburgh. Especially nice on a boiling hot day like today. Quiet and underused which is an added pleasure.

I love it here. The area has changed so much. The area that flooded is very marshy and water plants have grown. We went for a walk in the woods. Then we walked over the back behind Daneland. This too has changed as it used to be meadows
