Spending a day with family,we decided to take our dog out for a run so we all went to oak park. What an amazing place, so much for the children to do and wonderful open areas for the dog to run and play with other dogs. The cafe was superb. Hot /cold drinks , tables inside or outside. Really nice area with plenty of seating. Highly recommended for families with or without young children or pets. A truly wonderful way to escape the world and just have a restful time.

Lovely park to chill and relax. So many butterflies to see...so many places to sit and take it all in. There's a lovely cafe as well and a no dogs allowed picnic area. When you come...you will enjoy yourself.

Beautiful and big sized green space with nice views. It's close to Mayfield lavender farm and is an excellent choice for dog walkers and for short hikes through the woods. I usually cycle here and take in the views and take a walk before the ride back. Love this place in summer and fall seasons. Plenty of car parking spaces and a cafe at one corner. Perfect for a morning stroll and coffee/breakfast after.
