I had my sons birthday party at Wacky warehouse . Its most the wisest decision i hv made. They have AC inside. In a time like this its heavenly. Some people turned up without a notice the team was very helpful . They had to make party bags at the last minute and also food arrangements ,table for extras. Without a stress they did accept with a lovely smile to not to disappoint any one. specially Helan is a star lovely cheerful outgoing character. Lauren kept the kids entertained while cutting the cake and before the food served. Very lovely staff .definitely managers should be proud to have these lovely caring employees. This is our 2nd birthday at Wacky . Thank you so much for everything lovely team. I am so grateful🥰🥰

Website says open until 7. Arrived at the desk at 6:01 to be told they won’t allow children in past 6pm. Wouldn’t let us in for the sake of 60 seconds. Left with a distraught child who cried all the way home. Pubs are suppose to be struggling and I’m not surprised with these kind of attitudes. Certainly won’t be visiting again.

This place has its ups and downs. I have given it great reviews and terrible ones over the years. Regrettably today is bad..came for just one pint whilst hubby shopped across at Tesco...yup...your right...hubby does the shopping!! I got in the pub without fuss..but the dreaded check in desk has been resurrected.....you know the airport variety...stuck there....most of the time it is just stuck there...no one uses it...no staff use it...but you are supposed to use it because there is a notice on it...fgs it is a big pub n I just want a sneaky pint. Hubby comes in to check I'm ok on my own....and is accosted by the 'manager' ..then accused of being 'abrupt' when he declined the table offered...it then descended in a youngster giving me a lecture about the check in desk......I am a professional of 30 + years in QS ..just oh dear...what is wrong with..there has been a misunderstanding...hubby has just been in hospital ..not the quiet moment with a San Miguel that i was anticipating.
