Me and my son absolutely love coming here, its such a lovely friendly place to play we always have so much fun, my son is autistic and dosnt like alot of kids places due to noices they can be very overstimulating for him, but he has never had 1 meltdown here, also my son has ARFID and alot of places dont let you bring your own food but staff at once upon a time are very understanding and have never had a problem with it and go above and beyond, definitely considering having my sons 4th birthday party here.

We have been coming to Once Upon A Time for a few months now and my little Boy absolutely loves it here! It’s always immaculate, the staff are lovely and so welcoming and the drinks/cakes are delicious. The menu has a variety of different snack options and hot food too, so there is plenty to choose from. It doesn’t get overcrowded which I love and there is so much to play with my little boy enjoys every single little set up in there. If I could give more than 5*’s I would! 100% recommend!

What an amazing play! So much to do and play with. Its clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. Its capped at 15 children. The food is also reslly tasty and good value. Highly recommend it.

There’s nothing worse than soggy side salad and out of date fruit and as for someone who is a totally foody, I appreciate how fresh the salad and fruit always is! Whilst on maternity it’s become a mission to find the best home baked cakes - this place is a strong contestant, especially for a kids play place! Also something as little as how the oatcakes are always perfectly folded into beautiful cheeses pockets goes a long way. Food aside… I have recently become a mum of two and for me, the transition has been hard. The days I have both I try my best to plan the day to make sure I meet with friends as I have been so frightened of being on my own. Today marks the first ‘I got this’ moment and mostly thanks to this place, the calm, organised, clean atmosphere is just want every mum wishes for in time of need. The outlay of the space is well thought of and allows my little lads imagination run wild in a fun and safe environment. It was so beautiful watching him play today. Lastly, the owner is always so welcoming. On days like today - where I wanted a good old chat and vent of mother worries, she was so incredibly tentative and relatable. She will never know how grateful I am for her conversation and business and will always be of my top go to’s. Thank you.

Came here for the first time on Saturday morning with my 3 year old, she absolutely loved it. Staff were polite, everywhere was spotless. Hot drinks were lovely and my daughter enjoyed her cheese oatcake. Will definitely be returning!
