Went as a family of 6 today, from the ages of 6 to 51. We all had a great time. All the controllers worked well and the room was spacious enough for all of us. Will definitely come back again.

My son had a fantastic 6th birthday party here recently with his school friends. The staff were friendly and good with all the adults and child participating in the VR gaming. There were a great selection of games for them to play. We could also host the birthday party upstairs with pizza. We will be returning again for another session. My boy loved it.

We booked the Cyberpunk escape room VR experience at Orb Virtual Reality, but unfortunately, near the end of the game, something went wrong and we weren’t able to play as planned. Despite the technical issue, the staff handled the situation really well and offered us several alternative experiences so we didn’t feel like our visit was wasted. They went above and beyond by letting my son enjoy the VR 360 experience, which he absolutely loved. The team were patient, helpful, and clearly focused on making sure we still had a great time. We really appreciated the way they dealt with the problem and the extra effort they made to make things right. Because of their customer service and generosity, we left very pleased and would definitely return again. We’d also happily recommend them to others. Thank you !

We booked the Gold Party Package at Orb VR for my son’s 9th birthday and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The party package was for 3 hours and gave us plenty of time to enjoy all the different experiences. The staff were fantastic with the kids, kept everyone engaged and made sure the party ran smoothly. The VR games were incredible, especially free roam where the kids could move around together. Everyone had so much fun and didn’t want it to end! The party room was perfect afterwards, and the pizzas and drinks went down a treat. The whole venue was clean, well organised and the team really went above and beyond to make the birthday special. All of the children left with huge smiles on their faces and have been talking about it ever since. If you’re looking for a unique birthday party experience, I couldn’t recommend Orb VR enough. My son wants to book now for next year! Amazing experience 🎉

Excellent experience for the kids. Hamaira was an great host and kids just loved it. We usually go bunkers but this one is even better. This time we tried the free roam. Coming back again soon for sure. Highly recommended.
