We recently visited Orbital Trampoline Park for my brother’s birthday, and he came along with his friends. We had such a great time, and a big part of that was thanks to a lovely lady wearing a hijab who was working there. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She made everyone feel welcome, was always happy to help, and her positive attitude really stood out. She was very friendly with the children and her enthusiasm didn’t go unnoticed. She genuinely helped make the birthday experience even more special for my brother and his friends, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you for helping make the day so enjoyable Oyla !!!

Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) had an hour session today. I felt like it was good value for money, and the staff were all exceptionally good. I cannot be more impressed with the young men and women we interacted with today. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and on task. Top marks!

Saturday, the 9th of May at 4 pm. I visited orbital with my grandson who has Autism. Unfortunately upon arrival waiting in the queue he became dis-regulated and was screaming and quite distressed. The reception/cashier that dealt with us was Isabella. She was very helpful and showed good awareness. She was understanding that he was in meltdown and despite us booking the 4:30 session she allowed us to enter into the 4pm session. This special touch was so appreciated as in that moment I was overwhelmed and so was my grandson, her accommodating this made such a positive difference. I would like to highlight and praise orbital staff, especially Isabella for her understanding, patience, help and sensitivity throughout the process today. I would like to encourage parents/carers to bring their children to orbital because it appears that their staff have good training, awareness and understanding of children with disabilities. Thank you Isabella and thank you orbital for a great day out.

I work as a support worker, this afternoon I took one of the children here. Everyone was really lovely until the child (who has special needs) wanted to play on the spinning jump over feature for longer than 10 minutes. We had a young blonde lady who was working the floor aswell as a young man who was in a black T-shirt. The blonde lady was the one who turned the spinning machine on, for around 10 minutes the child played but the man kept coming over and speaking to this young lady, after 10 minutes he said to the young lady who was doing the machine “tell the boy one more jump and then we’ll say it’s broken” this is absolutely unacceptable, it is your job to do this, even if he wanted to be on there for the whole hour it should not make a difference. It seemed as though he wanted her to stop the machine so he could stand in the corner with her and chat away. I’m quite disgusted that this has happened and I feel as though the staff may need extra training in general and maybe even some special needs training too.

Not a great experience, Lewis not helpful. Soft play was a death trap! That’s needs to be closed off until fixed, how can you give out soft play tickets and allow my child in harms way. Don’t worry I signed a waiver 🫣🫣 I understand why you have waiver!! Two Seconds of being in this place I wanted to leave, the place was dirty. No refunds just vouchers, what a joke! I did not have time to try the coffee
