This is a small gem of this family run museum, located in the town centre of Oswestry, free to browse (doesn't hurt to leave a small donation) if you have a spare 20/30 mins to find out the history of this small town and some of it's fellows who are more widely known.

Quirky assortment of displays relating to area ! Interesting owner/curator , willing to talk and impart his knowledge which seemed to be very wide ! Went outside to the market which was open for a drink . Worth a visit just to see the hearing horns /aids , eye opening .

Free to visit… What an interesting place, small but packed with interesting items and full of history… throughly enjoyed my visit We were welcomed by two members of staff , so lovely to be welcomed this way … i have to say I found the whole town to be such a friendly place .. Well worth a visit

I absolutely love these little museums that are hidden away in the corner of town centres. The gentleman running it was just that, a gentleman, and there are loads of of interesting displays on show. My personal favourite was the owestry unearthed display and the world record collection of ear horns.
