I attended with my son and husband, and it was our first escape room experience. We absolutely loved it! The team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely visit again if we're ever back in Portsmouth. Highly recommended!

We did the Journey to Xibalba and the Lock Inn. Xibalba ☆☆☆☆☆ It's a big room with lots to do. We did it on a hot day and they gave us 2 neck fans as well which is nice. Lock Inn ☆☆☆ We happened to unlock one of the puzzles before it should be, instead of staying in character, the host broke his character and asked us in the middle of the game how we did it. It was off putting and kinda ruined the experience. We recommend the Journey to Xibalba room. ✨️Team Hurricaneger✨️

We booked Exciting World Escapes as a team-building event for 25 colleagues, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! We arrived a little early, and the team came out to welcome us straight away, making us feel really looked after. We split into our groups and were taken off to begin planning our escape. Unfortunately, one of our team members was running late, meaning the last group was missing a player. Sam was incredibly patient and accommodating, allowing us to wait for them to arrive before starting, which we really appreciated. With teamwork, plenty of communication, and a bit of quick thinking, we managed to escape with just a few minutes to spare! The venue is brilliant for team-building events, and the staff are friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced at what they do. Everyone had a great time, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and engaging group activity. Thank you to Sam and the whole team for making it such an enjoyable experience!

We did the Chip Shop today Another great room at Other World Escape rooms. Great fun. Good range of different clues and tasks with an engaging story and great host We will be back!

We’ve had an amazing experience at these escape rooms! Each room we’ve tried so far has been totally immersive, with carefully thought-out themes, clever puzzles, and a lot of personality. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into the design and atmosphere, which really adds to the excitement and makes you feel like you're part of a real adventure. The staff have been fantastic every time—friendly, enthusiastic, and always happy to help without giving too much away. Their passion for what they do really comes through and adds to the overall experience. We’ve only got one more room left to try here, and we've already booked it because we couldn't wait to come back. Whether you're an escape room enthusiast or trying one for the first time, I’d highly recommend this place.
