Brilliant day out! So much to do, my little girl loved it and keeps asking to go back! Park is kept very clean. We come off peak so it wasn’t overly busy. I love that everything is included in the price. Staff are very friendly and food/drinks are great. Definitely recommend here. Thank you ⭐

Very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. As a Muslim family, we genuinely felt that we were treated differently from other customers, which left us with the impression that we were experiencing discriminatory treatment. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, and the café itself was nothing special to justify such poor customer service. Sadly, we left feeling disrespected and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and inclusive environment.

Visited today with my 2-year-old and 5-year-old and we all had a great time. There’s plenty of free parking nearby, which made things really easy. We managed to get a deal for entry plus a show for just £5 each—excellent value for money. We picked up a couple of snacks from the café, and I have to say the sausage roll was one of the best I’ve had. The kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun throughout. Just a heads-up—you can’t bring your own food in. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and we’d definitely go back again. Highly recommend, especially at that price!

We haven't been before and we really enjoyed it and would come again. Value for money for everything being included in the entry cost is good and the Beauty and the Beast show the kids loved. The only reason I wouldn't give full marks is the fact you can't bring you own food in. The cafe isn't the cheapest, although not too expensive, and doesn't show gluten free options on the menu so we were restricted in what my husband could eat (he just had carrot cake). I do think you should be able to bring in your own food. With bigger families and cost of living that could be the deciding factor for some people to not come. They might be able to afford the entry but then not the added cost of food/drinks which is a shame. Most people would still get food or at least hot drinks/ice creams even if they did have the option of bringing a picnic lunch.

Brilliant day out. We actually won a Facebook competition with Otterspool adventure's "Wonderfully Wicked" promotion. We watched tje show and enjoyed everything the park had to offer including REAL ICE skating, animal petting, indoor soft play area, Go karting, outdoor adventure playground & mini Golf! (See pics) There is even more available during the summer months including a Log Flume, mini Diggers in sand pit, Bouncing pillows, to name a few... The cafe does get busy but you cant blame them when they sell such delicious food including the Giant Sausage rolls, (see pics) generous portions and plenty of choice. The park is wheelchair accessible throughout and the toilets are kept nice and clean. Friendly staff are always nearby to help with anything. Parking can be quite tricky during busier times but disabled badge holders can park roadside outside the entrance for free.
