Here for a birthday party. Kids loved it, plenty of staff around to keep them safe while they have fun. Big fans going but the place still gets warm even if your just watching. Cafe was nice and the self serve coffee is good. Couple of tatty chairs/sofas but otherwise very good.

Threw my Daughters 6th birthday with 17 guests plus my Daughter. The party was amazing value for money as you get free socks and return tickets. The food was really good and lots of it. Daughter loved her balloon hat. Leighton our host was so friendly and smiley and managed to organise 18 kids! I would advise not coming half an hour before the bounce (despite what it tells you) unless you haven’t done the waivers already, as the children were getting impatient whilst waiting to jump.

Me and my kids absolutely looooove this place!!! We have recently celebrated my Son's Birthday Party there and everything was absolutely amazing!! Our host LEIGHTON was the kindest and most understanding host ever! Very organised, patient, great with children, so polite and great working under pressure I cannot complement him more!!! The food was great, party rooms cleaned promptly, staff at reception welcoming, party packages are great value for money!! We will be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know! Myself, my three children and my mum visited Oxygen in Derby on a Saturday. This isn't the first time we have visited, we have been several times over the last few years. I booked online using the 4 tickets for 3 discount, we bounced for an hour. My mum didn't bounce. We got the train to Derby from Burton. If you do the same make sure you use the exit that is signposted for pride park. We didn't and we ended up walking all the way round to get there which obviously took a lot longer. We absolutely love oxygen, I love it because it helps the children burn some energy off, but I feel there is a fair amount to do there for the price that i paid. Socks purchased from Oxygen need to be worn, however I had these from the first time we visited which was probably around 3-4 years ago... It's clean, the staff are nice, the cafe is quite expensive for food but then aren't they all in places like this. My mum paid I think £4.50 for a coffee but could refill it as many times as she liked so I didn't think it was too bad value. Overall I would definitely recommend Oxygen, the kids enjoy it, the adults can sit in the cafe and chill if they so wish to do so, or they can bounce too. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I loved this place, just wish there were more offers for bigger families/ groups. A package of reduced tickets even to use would be great!! Otherwise the venue was clean and oodles of fun for the kids. The staff were friendly and the food was yum! I ordered one of the family feasts - pizza, chicken strips and potato waffles, it was probably more suited to 2 adults as it wasn't quite enough for 1 adult and x3 hungry children after an hours fun. Lol!!!
