Half term visit and David really stood out for me as he played with the children. I observed this staff member as he bounced and flipped, he encouraged the children to stay safe as they played, my daughter was so inspired by him. I sat in the cafe watching, my daughter did not stop smiling and neither did I. This session was amazing and it was great to see David engaging the children in games. He is certainly an active member of the crew here at Oxygen, Reading. Perfect host for a job like this. Give David his flowers x Overall our visit was great, as usual. Clean space and friendly staff who are easy to approach. Well done Crew, Big Ups!!

We visited today for my nieces birthday which we was very excited for. We had around 9 children including toddlers. If you would like to have a fun time with your children i would highly recommend you to NOT take your children to this place. Firstly, They will force adults to buy socks even if you’re just supervising your children which is absolutely ridiculous and a very clever way to scam and take your money! Secondly and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the manager MADDISON seems like shes around 16 years old with the intelligence level of a 10 year old. She is very rude and doesnt know anything about customer service. Honestly dont know how she became a manager in the first place. I had my toddler running away from me while in my supervision and she has the audacity to tell me to “watch my child” and that “we are not here to babysit your children” even though he was not let out of my sight for even a second. I tried to speak to her calmly to explain that this is not the right way to speak to your customers and i can understand it can be frustrating having kids running around but THIS IS A CHILDRENS PLAY AREA. She obviously IS NOT fit for this job and needs to look for another one ASAP as due to her attitude this play area will lose customers as i for sure will NEVER go back with her being under management. This is honestly very disappointing as i have been there before and the kids seemed to enjoy it but i would way rather take our kids to a place where the staff are nice and know how to treat their customers.

We were very impressed with the organisation of the party, Sofia was so helpful, and transferred all the children’s things and presents and cake into the party room with care. We had a special request food wise that maybe hadn’t been passed on? But she dealt with it immediately and the food looked fresh and much better than previous experiences at similar establishment elsewhere. The kids all had a brilliant time and Sofia made sure that we didn’t have to do anything at all which was so appreciated! Thank you Sofia 👍🏻

We had my son's birthday party here on on Saturday 16th May 2026. The park was very busy but the staff were exceptional. Our party host was lovely and engaging with the children and made us feel so looked after. The children had a wonderful time and we have lovely memories to look back on. 100% recommend.

I booked party room for birthday party, jumping area was perfect, kids enjoyed a lot and didn’t want to go back home. But party room was a disappointment, food was cold when kids were seated in the room, chicken tender servings was so minimum and kids were not well fed. Only one flavour of vanilla ice cream was offered, mostly kids don’t like vanilla. No special treatment for birthday child, just warm greetings in the beginning. We were told that we can bring the cake but not allowed to eat at the venue
