Really good soft play area, though in Flip Out Watford the bumpy dodgem cars are included in the price, here in Parents Paradise they charge £2 extra for go karts which is a bit mean considering £22 per child party cost. But good place to do kids parties with free parking. The cafe is great with options for hot food, full English breakfast and great coffee and frappes. They have an expensive coffee machine with bean grinder and proper frappe blender. They have party platters for £55 that can serve 15 people. Minimum kids party size is 12 kids. Cool air conditioning inside. Pleasant and helpful people working here. Overall would recommend. Book online in advance.

I took my 18month old grandson on 28th May at 09.30. The entry was easy with no fuss as I had booked in advance. The equipment was clean and in good order, the staff just got about their business so everything was very simple. Only one downside, there were families in with several children of different ages. A few of them clearly over 5 hurtled around the under 5s area with complete disregard to smaller people. I appreciate the staff are not there to supervise the children, perhaps a quiet word with the parents would help. Wy second point is with regards to the toddlers area, there is a box on the wall inside the activity area, with hard edges, a mobile child could easily bump against it. Considering everything throughout the centre is well covered and protected, I was surprised to see this. Even with the two comments I will happily take him again when I am on grandad duties. It will be good to watch him grow in confidence with the wide variety of equipment.

As far as soft play venue go, this was a great find. I’ve taken my daughter here twice and she absolutely loved it. The soft play area itself is big and provided a lot of entertainment. The car ride which is paid for separately was reasonably priced and also great fun. Would highly recommend

Heels my daughter’s birthday party there for the second time, and just like last time, it was well organised, lots of communication through the booking process and on the day. All the staff were super helpful, proactive, organised. No issues whatsoever. Thanks to Aliessa and the rest of the team!

This has to be one of the cleanest and well looked after soft plays I have been too! My white socks (which i wore accidentally) were still white when I left 🤣. Its also the first soft play that my 2month old will willingly play in, normally he runs over the the electronic toys and runs from the soft play. Well worth the money... it's also very reasonably priced!
