We came here for the Escape room. Leo our host was great. We did the Escape Alcotraz. It was fun and challenging even as a group of 8.

So, a few weeks ago when I went (I am a regular as an unlimited member), I wanted to mention there was a newer member of staff, a young girl who was really nice and friendly at the door where you are scanned in. Now, just to mention, I have mobility issues and use walking sticks. I go to the cinema a lot, and this can be on my own, with family, or friends; it varies. Anyway, I just wanted to put in a positive review for her. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she asked if she could help me by opening the doors into the film. I said no, I could manage, but that was really nice as it's not something I am usually asked, and she seemed very switched on and, without thinking, just asked. I really appreciate it and thought it was a nice touch. Sometimes you go to these places and get used to being ignored, or younger people (not all, of course) not saying much or being robotic and just saying what they have to say. I found her to be polite, friendly, and keen, which was nice. I appreciate it must be hard to keep enthusiasm when they have so many hours of no customers.

Took my son during Feb half term, was pleasantly supposed at how modern, clean and comfy the bowling area was compared to many others. Electronic machine was easy to set up the game, you can actually raise bumpers without having to go looking for a member of staff. Bought a large slushie and a pint of coke for around £6.20 which i think is reasonable. Arcade area was clean. Lots of machines and several pool tables so no waiting for a game ! Floor staff were all very polite even when being hassled by lots of people due to a broken change machine which was fixed promptly. Toilets were nice and clean too which you don't usually see ! Id reccomend giving this amusement place a visit the kids will LOVE it. Will definitely be going again. Lots of transport links to from many different areas.

Nice out with family. Food, games n cinema all together. Good place if u want to stay away from town and want to go similar but less headache. I will recommend that.
