Jonnell was amazing at the soft play! She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She interacted wonderfully with the children, making sure everyone was happy, safe, and having fun. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our experience even better. Thank you, Jonnell, for all your hard work we’ll definitely be back!

Just came home from our youngest child birthday party and had a bitter taste of it. We have had parties there for our two children for the past 2.5 years and is the first time we were so very dissapointed. Athough the host for our party went far and beyond, the management team let us down do bad. This year we picked a karaoke party for our youngest one (5 years old) and paid the fees for a full 13 children. Not enough food, only 2 bags of 50g crisps for all 13 children. Not enough sausages for all of them, when we asked for more we were told it takes to long to cook them. The children were waited with inflatable toys (microphones and guitars), however we were told to leave them there before leaving the party. If we were to have a party with built a bear theme, the bear will go home with the child and for the same amount of money....so, why not the inflatables as these are so much cheaper. The party was entertained nicely, hovewer the music was so low in volume that we couldn't hear what music was on. We were rushed with everything like in a maraton, and send out with the food still on the plate. Our child received an empty bag as a birthday gift (included in the price) with nothing else apart from a baloon, a 3cm alien and 5cm egg with some slime in it. Now, when I tried to go back online and look again at the offers for parties so I can take screen shots with the offers, none are available....Unfortunately, is a nice location and a no coming back for us. So very dissapointed....

We had our son’s birthday party there today Casper was our host and absolutely amazing. Brilliant with the kids, kept me updated on exactly what was going to happen, checked in with me and my son throughout our party super friendly and full of enthusiasm and energy for all the kids. The place was lovely, clean and cool in this hot weather. All the other staff too were brilliant, friendly answering any questions all smiles and really made the whole experience and my son’s first party he’s had very magical. This is exactly what happens when a company employs the correct people for the job. Your recruiter deserves a pay raise as they have absolutely employed the best staff. We only booked our son’s party here due to attending a previous party and being blown away. This just proves it wasn’t a one off and the team at the Upminster site have a great attitude. Well done partyman Upminster and thank you for creating great memories for us.

I like trying different soft play places for my kids. Gave this a go today. Was good. Spacious. Had a great time and spent 2 and a half hours here. First time being charged for two adults. Every other soft play I've been does not charge for adults but having over 2 hrs was worth it as other soft plays have 1-2 hrs max. Really liked the football soft play. Haven't seen this in other places. My son spent a long time in there as it was new to him and different to the typical normal play area.

We had a lovely family party here, the play area is brilliant, and the entertainers/staff were so fun and helpful. Kemal led the kids through a bunch of games and was great with the kids and so energetic. Vicky, Cassie and Tyra were likewise great and kept us all fed and watered and kept everything clean in the chaos. Will definitely come here again.
