We popped into the ski and activity centre today, 05/06/2026 🎿🏂⛷️ We both received a warm lovely welcome from all the staff ..... We had 2 cappuccinos and a chocolate fudge cake shared between us, whilst over looking the toboggan run and ski slope ........ Place had a good ambience and was reasonably very busy ........ We enjoyed at the Ski centre, good ambience, great weather, great cappuccinos and a lovely cake ....... However when I went and used the male toilets 🚻 before leaving, I was less than impressed, with the cleanliness and stench of urine, a strong smell is an understatement, possibly the worst smell of urine I've ever had the unpleasantness of coming across ....... Come on folks get your act together, this unpleasant strong smell of urine, isn't going to promote the ski centre, which if I would like to add, is looking tired and dated ......... I'm also told that the female toilets were just as bad, as ladies were coming out of the female toilets, coming upstairs to the cafe, talking amongst themselves saying exactly the same thing as im highlighting now, its not a good advert .....

Visited during half term (Wednesday 27th May). following a previous conversation over the phone with Reece the week before to enquire about bike hire and accessible bikes for a disabled child, we visited and booked activities such as bike hire, crazy golf and the hope of adding in the toboggans, Reece was nothing but helpful and informative during our phone call and this carried on to us arriving at the park! All staff we encountered went above and beyond for us, whether it was getting us set up on the bikes, directing us in the best possible routes to cycle and walk with the hippo camp wheelchair, and just being a friendly face when the heat (and 5 children’s excitement) became a little too much! Would highly recommend visiting and will definitely be returning on our next visit to wales!

We went here whilst on holiday in the area. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We should have though about it earlier, then we could have booked a skiing lesson as neither of us had been on skis before. We did go on the bobsleigh thing though, which was hilarious for us middle age adults 😂

I have taken a bunch of ski lessons at Pembrey and couldn’t recommend it more. The staff are super friendly and really put me at ease - sports like skiing can feel a little intimidating to get into but they made me feel really welcome. Simon is a truly excellent teacher - patient, encouraging and adjusted how he was directing me according to the way I learn best. He gave me the confidence to get going on my first ski holiday and I caught the bug through is sessions so much that I even booked another! The facilities are kept well too - all equipment I used is in good order and I felt safe going down. I am now a loyal customer!

Great place to get basic practice in, whether as a beginner on nursery slopes or more experienced. Tutors are great, really friendly, and hire equipment is standard stuff. Basic seat lift to the top plus added bonus of fantastic toboggan run around the slope!
