What an amazing day out! We visited for the wild West steam gala, and were blown away by the quality of the experience! All of the staff were friendly, and never too busy to wave back at the kids when the train went passed. Other than the trains, the tree houses and tunnels were a big hit with the kids!

Really cute little railway, one ticket for the train means you can get on the train as much as you like during your visit. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds for the little ones and lots of walks surrounding the railway. If you’d prefer you can also get off the train at different spots rather than walking. Food and drink selection is great and lots of tables indoors and outdoors. We had ice cream as it was a hot day. Staff were all lovely and friendly. There is a little miniature railway and some cars that require cash money to use so bring some spare as the little ones will be asking!

Friendly staff. My nephew loved it. As for the food, I had a bacon sandwich that was solid and not really edible. Was hugary and we was one of the first. Otherwise great experince for the kids.

Do not go here. We paid £41 to enter this place and it is absolutely abysmal. Everything is run down and looks like an apocalyptic, post-Cold War theme park. They urgently need to fix the hazards, give the place a fresh coat of paint, and put some love into it. The trains were really cool and great fun, but the rest of the park is absolutely dire and a waste of money. Not sure what they're spending it on. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go. It's simply not worth the money.

An amazing place. Not only for children but also great fun for adults. I personally had a great time and enjoyed the experience. I saw that there were plenty of places for children to play. Despite the weather, it was a great experience. Furthermore, the customer service was very good; there was a young boy at the cable car who was great at communicating with customers about the cable car's departure. I highly recommend it. There's also a cafe and a gift shop.
