¹st time back here for 10 years. I was there for Parkrun on the Saturday morning. The park looked well maintained, clean and tidy. The parkrun team were awesome, a very good run.

Good park for families. A good fishing lake. Often cycle around the park and reservoir. It's a nice part of Runcorn. There's nice nature, and you can access the canal from the park. I'm a bit old for the skate park and climbing frames, but they seem popular. I don't fish, but I often see people I know there. The cafe at the park doesn't seem to he open anymore, which is a shame.

Plenty of room to walk, play games or have a picnic. (In better weather). Lovely open spaces with proper footpaths which mean easy walking for prams and wheelchairs. Paths lead down to the canal side for a lovely walk alongside.
