Visited today for the first time, staff weren’t very friendly upon anrrival and felt they rushed us out. My friend ordered a cake and coffee which her plate was swimming with some sort of liquid which made the cake wet through. They did however replace this. Coffee was cold and no flavour. The sensory room seemed like it had potential but was way overcrowded with people you couldn’t move around. No background music or calmness about the place. For a sensory room it was loud and very overstimulating for my daughter with so much going on. There was a damp foist smell throughout and just didn’t feel very clean all round. Parking wasn’t clear at all and over all we wouldnt return.

First time visiting and certainly won’t be the last! I’m really surprised to see some slightly negative reviews on here as I am yet to visit a soft play that is as clean and inviting. I would say the equipment is more suited to baby and toddler which is exactly what we were expecting. I found the staff to be extremely welcoming and friendly. Whilst we didn’t order food the sweet treats in the counter looked phenomenal.

First time visiting here as was recommended on social media and it wasn’t a great experience. I’m not a Karen but a few things have really put me and my family off, the venue was absolutely freezing I don’t think there was any heating at all, I’m not sure it was over crowded but there was no staff supervision of the play area to a point children were standing on other children’s heads to get onto the slides, we witnessed an inappropriate action from a child to another child, and reported this and nothing was done from the parent or the staff so it happened again, understandably you can’t control other peoples children but watching children touch other children’s bits in a corner is not something I’d encourage my child to be part of, something should have been done, or said, the cakes were unbelievable but the hot chocolate personally wasn’t worth the money, tasted like cheap hot chocolate. Wouldn’t say it was for kids age 1-7 as the older children were overbearing to the younger ones at the time causing a lot of accidents between children. There was no background noise, music, gentle sounds it was very much just screaming children and was quite loud due to the size of the venue, within our booking we had 2 autistic children and 1 with adhd, and I wouldn’t recommend for SEND children as my child was holding her ears in the corner crying which is something that would never happen in an ordinary soft play. Not sure if we just picked a bad day but won’t be returning unfortunately

Took my grandson today (21/10), it’s such a lovely place with lots of toys and climbing/soft play for all ages. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Price is great for 2hrs play, food is very good, big portions small price. Facilities are clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this place

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here today - service was outstanding, food was delicious and the whole operation from set up to clear down was slick. The kids had a blast and the coffees/cakes for the grown ups were perfect. Definitely recommend!
