I use this place a lot with my son as he has autism/adhd and is home educated. We generally don't have any issues whilst we're there, apart from yesterday. We got there for 3pm as the session was from 3pm to 5pm. We were the 1st to arrive and the staff member was sitting at 1 of the tables on her phone. When i noticed she wasn't coming to scan the ticket on my phone, plus my son was getting impatient to get in, i rang the bell. Despite it being loud enough, she didn't acknowledge us at all. My son was getting agitated now, so i shouted over 'excuse me', to which she still didn't respond, she didn't even look up from her phone. I done it again a bit louder, and she eventually looked up looking quite annoyed and just stared at me for a minute before saying 'i'll be there in a couple of minutes'. I'd understand if we had arrived earlier before the time of the session, but it was 3pm and the session i had paid for was for 3pm to 5pm, so we were there at the time the session should have been starting. Due to my sons height (he's quite tall for his age), it's one of the only softplays he is still able to use. As i said, we don't usually have any issues here, but as i have paid for the full session i'd expect for my son to be able to get in at the start time of the session.

Really clean with lots to do for a range of ages, all very reasonably priced. Food and coffees also good and well priced. Staff were great, our daughter fell and hit her head and they instantly brought over a cold compress and then offered her and her sister a free treat, which they really didn't have to do, but was much appreciated.

Took our 6 year old granddaughter. She absolutely loved it. Excellent value for money, exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

We have celebrate our Daughters 5th Birthday at Planet Play. It was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed all the minutes. Thank you

Brilliant place to bring your kids. Nicely decorated, clean, must book online in advance to get your prefered times. Food and drinks good price. Tables chairs and sofas. 5 stars.
