Fantastic day out at Planet Volt! We had a brilliant time here. The customer service was fantastic and the entire venue felt bright, clean, and welcoming. There is a great indoor soft play setup with climbing frames and a massive inflatable play area with two big slides that my daughters absolutely loved. It’s the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy. The onsite café is also excellent with great food selections, including pizzas and value kids' package deals. To top it off, parking is stress-free with a free, ample car park outside. Highly recommended!

I highly NOT RECOMMEND this place. And mostly for the birthday parties. Apart from the time 1h and 30min (which is not about 2h one normal session if you book normally), the staff is so unfriendly, getting annoyed when you ask them something, they bring you the cake before the food :) just because the food has been very late and they didn’t have enough time to serve you both of them(of course we haven’t accepted), in the end, they bring us the cake as we ask them , just we the knife, no spoons no plates no nothing. (When we ask them for plates they came after 5 minutes with 2 big plates like we were serving sandwiches) So I had to serve our guests with the hand:) (funny but not funny), and napkins. I will attach the photos so you can see. Worst of the worst. Definitely never comeback to this place!!!!!! And I will suggest you to not go there .. even the food is so bad, and the place very dirty. If I could give -100 stars I will!

Great place for families, lots of food and drinks, cakes, slushies, perfect for birthdays! Also the staff is amazing and very attentive. Kids loves it!

Great visit! Kids loved it and loads to do! Love that it's not just a softplay, has decent food and an inflatable area! Best bits - good parking, big space to keep an eye on kids, nice food and snack collection and clean! Bad bits - expensive but not too expensive... £1.90 a diet coke as example. Also the purchasing socks seems overkill but understand. (An extra £2.50-3.75 per pair of you forget, that's an extra!) Had to haggle as my child had trampoline socks that seemed better on already to save us £2.50. Nothing else really! Quite enjoyed!
