We hired the PlayPalace for a birthday party and it was perfect! They have a small play gym for babies and separate areas for toddlers etc. The cafe food was exceptional. Thank you to the guys for organising and supporting our party. It’s a clean, family friendly and ideal venue for the kids to have fun. They have all the facilities you need and will endeavour to support any request. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you 😊

Absolutely amazing playgym! The staff are all so friendly, caring and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure every child has the best time. The owner is incredible so kind, professional and genuinely passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for families. My kids absolutely love coming here and always leave with huge smiles on their faces. The place is always clean, well organised and full of fun activities. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 experience every time!!!

We’ve visited a few times now, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive and they do a great job of monitoring the play zones. The new management has breathed fantastic new life into Play Palace. It is safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable than ever before. If you’re looking for a stress-free day out where the kids can burn off energy and you can actually relax with a great coffee, this is the place to be!

I can’t recommend Play Palace enough since it’s come under new management. The whole experience has completely transformed, and they truly go above and beyond in every aspect. We held my son’s birthday party there back in December, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The team were incredibly caring, attentive, and hands-on, making sure every detail was taken care of. Planning the party was so easy thanks to the manager, who went out of their way to help create a really special and memorable day for my son. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for my other son’s birthday in May, and we’re really looking forward to it. It’s such a great place with an amazing team—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone planning a children’s party!

I really like the owner, she's so lovely and I'd love to see this place do well. The toddler and baby area is really cute and I like that it's away from the older children. Parking onsite is a bonus too! Open on a Sunday which gives parents an option for rainy weekends!
