We had a party here for my daughter. I wasn't expecting too much, as the price was lower than all the other places we'd looked at, plus we'd had a party for my son here a few years ago, which was just a bit depressing (I've realised that it's now under new management). It turned out to be a really fantastic experience though. The kids loved it - they had loads of fun, no tears from anyone. It was great for the parents too - very relaxed and easy to plan. The staff were brilliant, nothing too much trouble, and great with the kids, they seemed like they were actually enjoying their work. Thank you, we'll be back!

I visit here regularly with my 2 kids, the staff absolutely make the place. You feel so welcome and they are very helpful with anything you need. They're always busy and continuously cleaning up tables etc. And the midweek play and eat deal is great value. Portions are massive and always hot and fresh.

Great soft play, with different areas for toddlers and older kids. Nice food and decent coffee mean you can sit here for a good while whilst the children play

We visited today to check whether it would be good for a 6th birthday party. Some of the reviews here put us massively off to be honest but thought to give it a chance. I have to say that after visiting, I feel that some reviews feel a bit unfair, making it look like this would be a scruffy, neglected place by providing some close up pictures of the very few spots that might be not the most upgraded. Overall, it's a lovely place, huge play area, lots of areas newly developed, overall so colourful and up to date and it looked all clean even though it seemed to be at its busiest time. As for the staff (which was another point of concern for us based on previous reviews) they were very nice and helpful. I accidentally booked the other location in town, so they couldn't find our booking when we arrived. The lady at the desk wasn't sure why and apologised that she can't see the booking and asked for a senior member to look at it, who then located the problem and in a kind and professional manner pointed it out to me, then said "That's no problem, we will give the other place a call to let them know that you are doing the session in our venue" Brilliant customer service, many thanks again! We are definitely going to book the birthday party and I am looking forward to write a review about that too as I feel this place deserves some justice.

Well where do we start. They clearly got a second hand softplay areas it's very apparent as they haven't bothered to tidy or repair it. The staff either stayed at the counter or I assume the kitchen area. We rarely saw anyone actually cleaning. Walking around you would get food stuff to your socks as NO ONE was cleaning the floors. All this mess stayed there for the 3hrs we were there for. Absolutely shocking. One child brought a sweet onto the trampoline. The sweet got stuck into the trampoline. No one took any notice. If the cleanliness & repaires improve we will think about returning
