We had a Lazer tag party at play shack this evening. The party host (Casey W) was fantastic and couldn't have done more for us. It's fair to say they were a very tired lot of boys by the end, so much fun had. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere that takes care of everything for you

First trip here today and Im a little disappointed. The facilities are good, soft play looks great. I appreciate it's a weekend and it's really really busy...however there needs to be some way to stop the older children playing in the 0-3 baby area. I took my 1 year old and I left shortly after because I didn't feel she was at all safe. The baby area was absolutely HEAVING with children all at least 7+ years, charging around with no regard for the little ones and leaving the gate constantly open. I lost count of the amount of times my child was almost knocked over and trampled on. Don't get me wrong, parents need to be responsible for their children but just having a sign on the gate clearly doesn't work in busy periods like this.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday here and had such a fantastic experience! All the kids had an amazing time and were completely entertained throughout. The staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. They really took the stress out of hosting. Highly recommend for a fun and hassle-free kids’ party! 🎉

Chose Playshack for my son’s 8th birthday and would highly recommend! The Laser Tag is such a fantastic idea and there’s no other locations that I could see that offer this! Great value for money, very clean and well looked after location! We will certainly be back! Thank you to the team for a wonderful evening!

Son loved it. Pleasant enough place big structure he really loved the big white slide it was so fast he came flying out the bottom it was awesome he said. Little structure for the tots which looked very nice. Food was lovely although my brother was disappointed he didn't get his dip with he southern fried chicken but he said it tasted good and the curry was very nice I had the Cajun chicken wrap also very nice. If you don't want nachos though it is £2to change to fries. The play structure had to be closed at one point because there was a messy incident but I was very impressed by how quickly all the staff jumped in there and cleaned the whole structure including the slides so I give them 5 for that alone. Ordering food from the qr didn't work for us and had to go up to the counter but they were very friendly. Didn't realise I had to make an account with them for the first time visiting but that wasn't an issue just name number email. Toilets were clean. Will return.
