We had a 6th birthday party at Play Valley today, Sunday morning. We were looked after by Honey who was excellent. She was very friendly and organised everything perfectly. It was very chilled out and relaxed but also everything happened as it should. Honey made everything really easy, we just sat back and she took care of everything. We had kids ranging from 3 to 10 at the party and everyone had something to entertain them as the play centre itself has lots of choice and different areas for play. I would definitely book another party here.

Last came here when it was ‘Big Tops’ and so pleased to have come back. So much cleaner and brighter, staff are lovely and soft play definitely big enough for adults to slide down and run around. Under 12s only so don’t have long left!

Very good play centre for little ones. Great for parties and soft play. The centre is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Love the new addition of the space ball pit!

We really enjoyed this soft play centre. It was clean and tidy. Quite busy. Good under 3s area which I took my baby into although it would be good if the baby walkers worked. My eldest and her friend loved the ball pit with all of it's ball runs and shoots. It would be good if the baby changing wasn't next to the hand dryer in the toilets. The car park needs resurfacing, lots of large pot holes.

I think the play is brilliant a little too busy for my liking but that’s ok, I do feel there could be more huts and ride on items like bikes, cars etc as I know my son personally likes cars and he enjoys riding on them. I think think there is a lot of activities for bigger kids but not enough for ages 1-3. Overall happy with this, the food and coffee is great I come often so it’s definitely worth the experience for the kids.
