Reasonably priced. However visited with my 18 mth old Grandson on a Saturday, yesterday, with his Mum and so it was busy. The toddler area is not fenced off. It is open. With vinyl blocks like seats to quarden off. It clearly states 0 to 3 yrs only. So does the sensory area a small darkened area filled with balls. Usually would be a fab safe place for an 18 mth old baby but not here, children of maybe 9, 10, 11, & 12 years old were coming in jumping over my grandson my daughter shielding him. One parent shouted in at the doorway be careful. Not telling them to get out. The larger baby&toddler area was exactly the same with older children running around leaping on the slides and well the entire area. Toddlers were vulnerable, parents trying to protect their toddlers & babies. Twice staff came over and asked older children to leave. They have a huge area of theiir own to use. This baby and toddler area was so unsafe that we took our toddler to the biigger area where strangely enough the bigger children were careful there as they passed and we walked him around and took him down the slides. But it was not ideal. Its a shame. Noone spoke over the tanoy to speak properly to older children to remove themselves or for parents to not allow older children in the toddler area firmly, strictly. It needs to be fenced off like other places like this. Gated with a code to get in so toddlers and babies are safer. I was utterly stressed the entire time and so glad when we left. My daughter usually goes on a weekday when older children are at school. She said she will never return now on a Saturday or half term as they are simply not equipped at the play centre to staff the area properly or stop older children entering the baby and toddler play area. They really need to change the baby and toddler play areas. Fence it across properly. If they cant do a locking gate system then staff it full time but do fence it in.

Loved it, my grandson had a fantastic time. There us so much for all ages and even the adults were enjoying going around the obstacles. However, be careful on the large slide, it's brilliant but I came off with fractured coccyx. I took off and landed a bit heavily but it was still great fun

Fab soft play! They have different play areas for different age groups, and plenty for the kids to do. Genuinely one of the most reasonably priced soft plays we've been to! Under a fiver for 2 kids! (Term time). Staff were lovely, food pretty cheap and decent, kids had a great time. What's not to love?

We took our 2 year old granddaughter to Trago Play Zone for the first time during Easter hols & she absolutely loved it. At £3.99 for a 2 hour session, it's an absolute bargain. It's the largest of the play zones in the local area, with something for all ages. There is also hot & cold food, plus drinks for sale, so every need is catered for. The staff are lovely, very helpful & accommodating. I would definitely recommend Trago Play Zone to anyone who has children/grandchildren with a lot of energy to expend, it'll definitely wear them out. Of course, it's extremely busy, noisy & you'll get sensory overload, but it's great fun & worth it.

Today was our third trip to play zone and honestly I can’t express how brilliant it is. Really spacious, lovely coffee, and so so reasonably priced! £2.49 for me and my son during the week. I travel 35 mins to this softplay probably once a month if not more as the cleanliness is so important for me! My sons got respiratory issues and he gets ill after attending most soft play except this one. You can feel the difference! Even the ball pits don’t have bits and dirt at the bottom. I’d give it more than 5* if I could!!! And it’s right across from the retail park - perfect!
