100% reccomend, loads of different games, 18+ casino attatched, loads of prizes to win and tickets come easy, staff were ever so helpful very friendly and helpful!

We love the penny falls. Sadly we felt duped by the ones here. Spent £5 on 3 machines didn't win so much as a lolly. First machine our money got stuck in the slot - no staff to ask so we lost the money. 2nd machine - huge amount of 2ps fell into the winning slot but nothing came out! Must have been diverted into the owners bucket - never had that before. 3rd machine - nothing budged despite loads of coins falling down to the second layer. So we will be avoiding PlayLand from now on.

love it here! all the classics and a lot of fun. staff super helpful when things get stuck - esp denver and the other team members. thanks for making my son's arcade memories awesome!

Very rude staff. Dated 16/5/25 19:00. Me and my son were playing the claw machine. Its working at first then all of a sudden the button is not working, good thing this white male is only 1 machine apart with me doing something. I call him properly and said can you look at this machine because buttons are not working. He said wait i am in the middle of something. I wait i missed one of my turns again. And then he came. He tried and it worked. But i told him earlier its not working . (Why would i lie?) He said its working see. But i told him it didnt work earlier twice. I told him and said quick so you can see that at that moment its not working. He said DONT BE RUDE. YOU CAN LEAVE THE PREMISES NOW. I said what part of that of me being rude. He thinks i am lying over a 20p. He didnt even offer to reset my game and offer my turns back. You dont have to shout infornt of many people telling me i need to leave. You are the one who is rude.

Helpful staff friendly and good old fashioned 2p machines and hi tec video games for all ages go regularly with my family
