Great soft play centre and bugger than most places we've visited. Always clean, plenty of seats and the catering is good and decent coffee and tea. Shout-out to the staff who are always kind, helpful and forever cleaning. Have been back many times now with my 5 year old grand daughter. Great location, near the fair ground, park, beach etc

I visited Playtown today as my Granddaughter was at a party. I also took my 5 year old Grandson as well so he could play while we waited for his Sister. However my grandson was ill! I would like to thank the member of staff who helped me clean up, the table, he was wonderful👏 I was setting at table 29,I regret I did not get his name.( he was later walking around with a flower in his hair)🤣 Nothing was too much trouble, he was so helpful and a credit to Playtown. Great customer service. Thank you again.

Fantastic customer service with attention to detail from allergy information, drinks and food to high standards of cleanliness (hoovering and cleaning tables). Great atmosphere. Thank you Ryan and team. Additional note:- I wore cream coloured socks (Grandma hadn't realised that I would also be going on the soft play with my grandson lol) and these were still cream at the end of the day which I did not expect. Secondly my grandson has been to the 4-6pm sessions before and found that some of the children are not as friendly (because they are older they don't want to play with a toddler) however the morning session starting at 10am was fantastic for the pre-school age group and I cannot recommend enough for this age group.

Visited today during half term with 5 grandchildren aged between 3 and 8, prebooked as I thought it would be busy, it was lol. Great facilities, table service on food and drinks available, a little bit noisy but to be expected with lots of children running around having fun. Would have been 5 stars if there was a lift instead of just stairs.( sorry if there is alift that i didnt see). Will definitely be back again now we have found this place.
