Just had my 4 years old birthday party here, it was brilliant! The kitchen ladies in particular were so lovely and helpful. Highly recommended and great value for money 👍🏼

Had a fabulous adult evening for daughter's 21st. Great fun. Staff were brilliant. Need to find another excuse to do it again 😁

Private hire for my grandsons 10th birthday. It was a roaring success and enjoyed by all! Really clean and tidy, very friendly hardworking staff - can't praise them enough! So much.for the children today - from a soft play area for toddlers to scary virtually vertical drop slides for the dare devils! Apparently it is also hired out for adult parties! Food for the party was provided and the children loved it all. A wonderful way to have a birthday party. Highly recommend!

Awful awful place. Save your money. This place is dirty, completely filthy floors and equipment. Rude staff, no where to sit no where to park we ended up at the top of the road by the roundabout after 20 minutes of being stuck in the road with other people trying to find somewhere to go. So we were half an hour late for his session. It didn't matter, though, because we left after 10 minutes, and my son was not bothered he was happy to go. Toilets were revolting. There were people sitting on the floor eating because there were no tables. The place smells horrendous. I do not think this place would be able to cope in an emergency too many people I really am struggling to find anything positive to say about the place. It was an awful 10 minutes. We all felt really unclean, and if a child who loves soft plays is happy to leave, then I really think they need to look at what they are selling there. Never returning. You have to book tickets but I would not recommend it don't waste your money.

We went as an evening with my daughter's Brownies so it was just them, which was lovely. When we went the upstairs cafe area was shut so you had to ask staff to make drinks, but there weren't any menus or anything downstairs to know what was on offer... Or the prices. A small paper cup latte was £2.60 which for the size and taste was totally not worth it. 😔 Will go again, but it's expensive for refreshments going on the cost of one small latte and you cannot take your own food/drink.
