We thought it would be nice to look round this model village after visiting Polperro. Google Maps stated opening time as 10.30 and the website link from Google Maps gave a ticket price of £2 for seniors. Arrived at 10.50 and it was closed, sign showing opening time as 11.00. A woman came out with a board on which the senior price was £3.50, nearly double. I queried it and she said 'The prices haven't been raised for seven years, you must have found that price of £2 on an unofficial website.' So someone has gone to the trouble of cloning her website and attaching it to Google Maps, just for the fun of misleading people. And I was born yesterday. Didn't visit on principle

Sweet little model village, DOG FRIENDLY TOO!! We went in off peak October so there was no wait. £4 a ticket for adults. Could do with a little paint job.

I absolutely love this place. I've been visiting Polperro since I was a kid, and it was a special experience to bring my two daughters here, just as my parents did with me and my siblings. The village is still as magical as I remember, though there have been some updates and changes over the years. One notable feature that remains is the section that discusses the floods of Polperro, which caused significant damage to many homes, including the model village. It's remarkable to see it still standing. The model trains are also still there, though they now only run when you press a button. However, I noticed that the Land of Legends is missing the voice-over parts that used to explain each section, and some of the mechanics no longer work as they once did. Considering the damage everything endured during the flood, it's impressive that any of it remains. I will always love this place and will continue to visit it whenever I'm in Cornwall.

Find yourself in Polperro then the Model Village is well worth checking out. This quirky facility has clearly been created with love and is well checking out as you head down to the harbour area. It will only take you 20 minutes or so to see as it's a small place but it's only a few pounds to get in and it's well worth it. Recommend checking it out when in Polperro.

Superb model village. All the houses, streets, and sceneries were really impressive and packed of details. You need to spend some time on each of them to appreciate how much hard work had been put in to make it as realistic as possible. I really enjoyed it and was very lucky to encounter such a beautiful orange butterfly.
