Great softplay - absolutely disgusting food The indoor softplay area was loads of fun with lots to do. A variety of cool slides and climbing things. There's a nice outdoor play area with go karts and a duck pond. Everything seems clean and well maintained. One downside: The food in the cafe was disgusting. I can't say anything nice about it. Try and plan around lunch. I know it's a softplay and was not expecting gourmet food or anything but my panini was slimy and dripping with grease and the kids nuggets were rock hard and over cooked. Genuinely grim. There was no excuse for it to be as nasty as it was. This may well depend on who was making the food of course but I wouldn't chance it. Most of our meals were left on the plate.

Visited with my 2 and 5 year old and they both had a great time. Its like an adventure playground of old, fun for all ages. We all in particular really enjoyed the death slides.

Not a bad play centre for the kids. My 4 and 10 year old enjoyed it for just over an hour, then got bored as when you've been round a few times its very much the same. Some good bits: large slides were fun, air soft guns were great and staff were friendly. Not so great: Expensive for what you get, looks tired, not much investment in future proofing, website needs booking system. They have an outside section but as with most Welsh outside attractions doesn't go well with the rain. Overall an ok experience but vast improvements need to be made or reduce pricing before i will go back.

Great soft play centre, good selection of slides including some nerve-testing drop slides. Staff were really friendly and the place was very clean. Would definitely come again and good value

An awesome place. The staff are friendly. Just be prepared for lazy adults sitting down while their kids are running around habing fun. Its amazing you can go down all the slides with the kids and have an incredibly fun day. The drop slides are so much fun either for kids or grown-ups. The outside go-karts are great too. A portion of chips is massive here. (Side note, haha)
