Great place for kids. Seen couple adults too. 3 hour sessions. Even does a SEN session. All info on website. Free parking but small car park. Wasn't even that busy. Food an drinks available. Parties can be booked too
My son loves this place. Fantastic value for money. Staff are great. Just wish it was closer! Thanks to all the team for offering this fabulous place for young people to come and meet new people, learn new skills and have fun!
I recently moved to the UK from the US and was concerned about finding good skate facilities in the Northwest. I needn't have worried, Rampworx is a vast facility with great options for park, street and bowl skaters. The staff are friendly with a special shout out to Joy in the cafe. It's an older park that shows its age but I'm told gets updated when needed. Most of all, I was inspired to learn about the founder Ian and the mission the park was founded on. It's cool to have a skate facility that's trying to make a positive impact not just make money or be a place for skaters to hang out with their bros.
We had such a great experience at Rampworx! Huge thanks to all the coaches, especially Reece, for being amazing with my two boys on their first time at the SPTjam skate school. You made them feel so comfortable and confident from the start, which meant a lot as it was their first session. They both absolutely loved it and haven’t stopped talking about it since—already asking when they can go back! Thanks again for making it such a positive and fun experience.
Our 11 year old had a skateboarding lesson with George @ Rampworx today and he had a brilliant time. After an hour with George our son was going up and down ramps with confidence. The small tips around foot placement and stance have made the world of difference. The instructor asked our son what he wanted to learn and did a safety check of his helmet which was great. The cafe sells hot and cold food, drinks and there is a fair amount of seating for parents with some heating. It's fairly cold if you're not a skater. Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean. Parking is limited but plenty of space in the roads around. Rampworx is a great space and we will be back. Thank you.
