Me and my friends did some kayaking last week while on holiday in the Peak district and I gotta say, this was definitely one of the biggest highlights of the trip! Gaz was a phenomenal instructor, making sure us novices could kayak with the best of 'em (sorta, kinda), but also a great person all-around, making the overall atmosphere very laid-back and fun thanks to his conversations! We were all soaking wet by the end of it, but had big smiles on our faces! We got to escape the heatwave, while trying something new and having a great time doing so. What more can you ask for!

We had such a fantastic experience with Rapid Horizons! We went tubing as a group of 5 on Saturday, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our weekend. Our guide, John, was brilliant – really professional, super helpful, and made the whole experience so much fun from start to finish. He made everyone feel at ease and kept the energy up the whole time. A real bonus was that he took loads of photos and videos for us, which was such a nice touch and means we’ve got great memories to look back on. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun group activity – we’ll definitely be back! 👏

Had the best time river tubing with my friends. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The instructors were amazing and really made the day. They were great fun. I honestly haven’t laughed that much in ages! I’d recommend this to anyone, whatever your age. It was such a fun day out and something a bit different to do. What an experience – I’ll definitely be doing it again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved this day! Last minute booking and staff were very accommodating to squeeze us in. We were well looked after by all but particularly Gaz our instructor who was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient with our nine year old who struggled to follow a single instruction! Fabulous rafting experience in Matlock. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a day we will always remember x

Myself and 20 odd others have returned from an absolutely fantastic white water rafting trip run through rapid horizons, Jon and his team (including honorary guides) showed professionalism throughout without taking away the fun, excitement, shock and awe. They have excellent knowledge of the rivers and levels, knowing where to go and when! Even offering a chance in the driving seat when possible to push your skills a bit further. All I can say guys (Jon, Rob, Jamie & Gary) is keep doing what you are doing and where do I sign up for the next trip!!!!!
