Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning. Few weeks ago, I had promised my 2-year-old son that we would visit after his nap. He ended up sleeping much longer than expected, but he was still excited to go because I had made that promise. By the time we arrived, there were only around 15 minutes left before closing. Before paying, I politely asked whether there would be a reduced charge given that we would only be able to use the play area for 10–15 minutes instead of the full two-hour session. I was told that I would still have to pay the full £5. I asked again, including speaking to the manager, hoping there might be some flexibility or goodwill, but the answer remained no. While I understand businesses have policies, I was genuinely disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility or customer consideration in this situation. Charging the full admission price for such a short visit didn't feel fair, especially when a simple gesture of goodwill could have left a much better impression. I hope the management takes this feedback on board and considers introducing a more reasonable pricing policy or some flexibility for customers arriving shortly before closing. A little understanding can go a long way, particularly for families with young children.

I had my daughter’s 6th Birthday party there. It was very well organised with the team calling beforehand to confirm the booking and details. On the day the party room was ready and clean for us to use and the team were very friendly and accommodating. Food was served fresh and hot and the kids loved it! Would definitely recommend for a party and for a general soft play 🙂

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at Rascal Ranch and we were extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish. A very special shout out to Dee, the manager, and her wonderful team — Ethan, Ria and Nyah — who made all the arrangements run so smoothly, not only during the party itself but also throughout the planning process beforehand. Dee personally called me to ensure every detail was correct, patiently discussed everything at length, and even offered thoughtful alternatives where needed to make sure the party was perfect on the day. Even though it was the last party on a sunny Saturday evening, the staff remained cheerful, patient, attentive and constantly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Their care and dedication truly made my daughter’s birthday so special, and she and her friends had an amazing experience. We’ve also visited several times before for other children’s parties as well as normal soft play sessions, and we’ve always enjoyed our time there. The staff are consistently accommodating, organised and welcoming. I would highly recommend Rascal Ranch to anyone looking to celebrate their child’s special .

Just wanted to leave this wonderful place a nice review. Every time we come here, which is pretty much every week we agreed with smiles for us and the boys we feel welcome and that we have a little rascal Ranch family… It’s a great place for us to meet our friends and the boys friends.. It’s really reasonably priced the food and drink drinks are good and always a nice offer on lots of tasty cakes. The staff are all lovely my grandson particularly loves it when they hoover up at the end he has an obsession with hoovers… 110% recommend this place to anyone come and have a visit and see for yourselves. They also provide great facilities and venue for kids parties. For adult adults and the kids to enjoy… If you haven’t been, you must come for a play date!! D. Is always so lovely with the kids and us… Thank you for having us every week and making us feel really welcome and Invited.. We have this special place!! Came to Rascals Ranch today for our first visit. Will absolutely be coming again! Was worried we wouldn't get in as no booking system but we arrived at opening time and was fine. The play and seating area was lovely and clean, toilets immaculate and highchairs clean which is very rare! The play equipment was great, plenty to do and the bouncy climbing slide was a great addition. We havent seen one of these before and my son loved it! Nice to see a toddler area with lots for them todo rather than just a padded area with nothing to play on. We didn't have any food but looked reasonably priced and lots of variety. Good car parking available. Already looking forward to our next visit!
