Kids had fun. The young lady on reception (Monday) was super professional and very welcoming. A big place by local standards - with enough to keep older kids happy.

Great place! So much to do. Our little one was running around and found so many new areas every time she went round to play in. Didn't try the cafe but I've heard good things. But three star reason is update your times Google's wrong and your website's wrong as you don't open at 9:00. Lucky we thought we were half an hour late but we're half an hour early and so were five other families waiting around the car park trying to occupy their children and being my first time there and you having that many families waiting outside cuz you've got the wrong times up, think of how much business you must lose.

Kids enjoyed it. It was OK. The decor is a bit dull to be honest and One member of staff didn't seem to understand what we were saying and didn't explain things well either. We were on holiday so likely not to return. But if in the area again I'm sure the kids would want to return.

We went today at 10am.. we were there for 40 minutes until an adult group came in with additional needs. I think it’s great they offer this, however not when there are babies and children using the play area. The adults were jumping on and off surfaces where young kids are playing showing no regard for them. The carers with the adults had no control over what they were doing. We left because quite frankly it’s not suitable for a toddler to be playing in an area where grown adults are. A set time for adults is great but at least on pre booking information tell you this will be happening.

I had my sons 10th birthday here today and it was amazing! All the children loved it. Especially the VR arena and laser tag. They also enjoyed their food, they had a choice from chicken nuggets, sausages, fish fingers or quorn sausages served with chips and a choice of peas or beans. Rachel and all the team were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for making my son’s birthday a special one.
