Much small than I'd expected (or hoped !) considering it's a 'Nature Reserve' I'd walked the small paths in 30 minutes or so. Still, very pleasant views from the hill top, lovely autumn colours and plenty of parking I found today.

This place is wonderful. We had a lovely family walk around here and the views were spectacular, you could see for miles, there are benches to sit and have a rest on too. Great place to go and take a picnic, will definitely be going back.

So beautiful with views over the wolds. Parking very easy. It’s not great if unsteady on your feet. Signs ask for dogs to be kept on the lead. Benches there to reflect and take in the views. My little peace of heaven.

Good nature reserve split either side of the road. One side is an old quarry and the other side is extensive meadow with abundant wild flowers. Some good lizard families around the wooden farm sign next to the road. Car park and there are loos just along the farm track (compost loos)
