1st time coming here yesterday, little one absolutely loved it and the young woman who served us was so friendly and welcoming, I don't remember her name but she had glasses and red/black hair, she was lovely. Will definitely go again.

Emma in the wacky is a good person as soon as my friends daughter started crying she was straight over to make sure she was OK. She was having a chat with my child asking about music as she kept shouting I like this song mum. Will definetly be back leaving as happy customers

Absolutely love this place. We had our daughter's birthday party here last month and our host was Megan, she was wonderful and very friendly. Because we had a good experience, we started coming here regularly and all the staff are very polite and friendly. Kids will really enjoy playing here. Recommended 100%.

We had our son's party here recently and it's very good value. Sorry if I've gotten the names wrong but Lauren and Kayley were very friendly, polite and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed at all and everything was taken care of for us which really made a difference as we were able to spend the whole time with the kids without worrying about anything. The free play voucher in the included gift bags is also a really nice touch. We've been a few times on a normal play session too and always found it to be a good play centre. Have to mention the young doorman too who was holding the door open and greeting every customer. Overall great experience : )

Host - Megan Had a birthday party there, amazing place and wonderful host Megan. Helped from the beginning as I went there asking for information and helped all through the party. Amazing help with everything and great environment. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Megan and the whole team who helped with this amazing birthday party for my son! 😊
