Lots of facilities and good experience for the kids but dangerously hot in there when its warm outside. Even spectators were sweating! Nobody supervising safety video to check everyone was paying attention. Kids were talking and messing about so couldn't hear the rules. Made to buy company grip socks as was told that they couldn't jump without them and then saw loads of other people in normal socks who weren't being challenged.

I’m hoping there’s big plans for improvements and cleaning because honestly it’s looking a bit run down. Smashed windows in the foyer, loads of stuff removed since last time and the whole places feels dirty, everything out of reach of staff is coated in a thick layer of dust. I’d be pretty worried about bringing someone with dust allergies here. All this for a 30% price increase to the weekend parent and child rate, a £1.50 arbitrary booking fee even at the till and £2 for locker rental when it used to be free. The session we went to has usually been pretty busy when we’ve been previously (before the price increase) but today there were just four people. I honestly can’t tell if they’re about to have a big revamp or on the verge of going out of business. I guess we will see!

Here for a birthday party and it is amazing! It's huge, loads of different areas, not just trampoline. Inflatables, obstacle course etc Food choices are good too, pizza, hot dog, rice bowl, chicken tenders. Simple coffee and cakes for the grown ups in the cafe overlooking the play area.

If Google gave options of a 0* - I would have. This place is an absolute health hazard to children. Seth’s staff are also and disinterested, you end up missing 15/20 mins of the session because this team make sloths look as fast as roadrunner! Don’t bother queueing up for a coffee - the milk will have curdled by the time they’ve made it. The whole building is dirty - top to bottom. All the equipment is covered in thick layers of dust. Everywhere you walk is covered in build up of debris, overflowing bins (photos were taken at 11am so they cannot provide the excuse that it’s trading build up - it’s not. It’s lazy negligence and lack of care. An end of day clean clearly isn’t top of their priority list. If you don’t want your children contracting illnesses - take them somewhere else. I certainly won’t be bringing mine back here

We had a birthday party recently and !!SKYE!! was our host. She wasn't just only enthusiastic, kind and extremely helpful, but she was also a one of a kind host! The level of organisation was incredible and her work ethic was amazing. The whole day was great thanks to her. I really recommend her for parties and for anything in general.
