Had a fun couple of hours bowling here, staff very friendly, place very clean. Will definitely be going again.

It's ok, but not what I would call a proper bowling alley. Strings attached to the pins isn't something I have seen before and certainly didn't assist. In fact they hindered. My wife should have had a strike, but a pin got caught in a string and didn't fall. I have bowled many times and average 150+ but didn't manage above 110. Perhaps it was me having a bad day, but those strings certainly didn't help. Good play area for the kids. Lots of pool tables and good selection of food, although we didn't eat. Will we go back? I don't think so. We prefer a proper, traditional bowling alley

Absolutely love Richardson Bowling Alley in Lowestoft. The staff are genuinely some of the kindest you’ll meet – super welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which instantly makes the place feel comfortable. Prices are really cheap compared to other bowling alleys, so you don’t feel robbed just for having a good time. The bowling itself is excellent too – lanes are well maintained and the games run smoothly. Overall, it’s a top-tier spot for a fun night out, great value for money, and amazing vibes all around. Would 100% recommend. 🎳

Richardson's Family Entertainment was really lovely. We had a birthday party here. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean.All the children enjoyed themselves. We can't wait to return.

Excellent bowling at reasonable rates. Bar prices very cheap with spirits from £2.50. Plenty to keep little man happy (aged 5). Ample car park. Only criticism is tv volume so loud could not talk whilst playing bowls or sitting in bar. Only party in bar for over an hour and a half, but bar staff stated management orders dictate full volume throughout centre whilst euros were on despite only them watching it. Visited 16.00hrs till 19.30hrs on a Saturday evening.
